The staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful. Kids club for parents. Brilliant entertainment team. Lots of activities and a quiet pool. Beautiful apartment with great balconies. Good value for money. Own coast with helpful animators. Good treatment in the restaurant.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The all inclusive aspect was excellent, the resort was excellent with a very good, clean beach side. The swimming pools were also very good and the staff were helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very good and helpful.

A 5-minute walk from Pupput. This is a hotel go-to for Hammamet.

The hotel is located right on a stunning beach which has a grassed area and plenty of space to relax down the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with lovely bathrooms and fantastic service. The breakfast offers a great variety of dishes and the staff are friendly. The pools are very clean and there are plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as zumba classes, water polo, and evening shows.

The hotel could improve its awareness of food allergies and ensure that all staff are informed about the issue.

The price was great for 4 stars hotel , food was great.

Price-performance ratio unbeatable! Super nice, all concerns were resolved be the attentive staff! Buffets with large selection & good quality. Rooms are spacious & clean.

Unfortunately there is no fitness center available at the moment.

We had a great Christmas holiday at a hotel in Tunisia. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the variety of dishes offered, especially the Tunisian tea. The beach was stunning and there were plenty of sun loungers. We also appreciated the location, which was close to the pools and bars.

The vegetarian food options were quite limited. We would have appreciated more variety in terms of flavor and choices.

Big, comfortable hotel, nice beach, friendly staff, nice rooms, nice food.

The staff was very accommodating. Everyone greeted me and was attentive to me. The place is beautifully maintained. The pool and beach are lovely.

The TV is pretty terrible. There are only about seven channels that come in, and six of them are fuzzy. One of them was in English, but it was Russian news.

We had a fantastic time at this 4-star hotel! The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to a stunning beach and beautiful gardens surrounding the bungalows. The service was top-notch, with room service available and a variety of amenities offered, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff, from cleaners to management, were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the animation team, both during the day and at night. This place truly exceeded our expectations!

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Beautiful pools and beaches

Being two girls in the hotel without adults we received a lot of unwanted attention from the staff

The facilities like the swimming pool, the restaurant, are quite good.

The rooms are quite old and have to be renewed, the airco was noising and not efficient,

The beach was beautiful and the water sports were a lot of fun. The all-inclusive bar had a good variety of drinks and was open until late, perfect for partying.

The food was not good, and there were limited options. The rooms were dirty and in poor condition, the air conditioning didn't work properly, and the beds were uncomfortable.

People there, proximity to the beach and the pools, is great for families and groups

not much to do outside the hotel, food was tasty however after 6 days eating the buffet got a little boring

I didn't like anything about Hotel Paradis Palace. Everything was catastrophically poor. Everything but the beach, which nature gifted them.

Everything was poor: Room plenty of spider webs and bugs and insects of many kinds and sizes.. And you have to "beg" to refill the minibar which is supposed to be refilled daily! Food is barely eatable: not well cooked, not enough variety, remaining food is recycled for the next meal.. My wife and I vomited many times... So we turned to eating fruits.. Unbelievable! We were so unsatisfied that we asked to leave from the 2nd day but the hotel refused to refund remaining days saying I paid with Visa! Nonesense!
